Shenzhen Devol Advanced Automation Co., Ltd., founded in 2012 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, is a national high-tech enterprise and a Shenzhen-based specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative (SRDI) enterprise. The company specializes in the independent research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of ultra-high-end semiconductor manufacturing and packaging equipment—including high-speed planar lead bonding machines, die bonders, sorting systems, surface mount equipment, and precision microelectronic instrumentation. Devol  holds a leading position in domestic lead bonding equipment technology and has consistently driven the technological upgrading and industrial evolution of China’s semiconductor equipment sector. As the key project contractor for high-speed, high-precision lead bonding machines under Shenzhen’s semiconductor chip packaging technology initiative, the company plays a pivotal role in addressing critical technological bottlenecks—commonly referred to as “choke-point” challenges—in China’s core semiconductor equipment domain. To date, Devol has accumulated over 70 core, independently owned intellectual property rights in high-precision equipment technologies. Its proprietary innovations include an ultra-high-speed synchronous trajectory motion control system, self-developed machine vision algorithms, high-performance motor and drive control algorithms, precision ultrasonic wire-bond ignition systems, and multi-system high-speed coordination algorithms—all of which have attained internationally competitive performance levels.  

In recognition of its breakthroughs in core technologies for high-end semiconductor equipment and intelligent manufacturing, as well as its outstanding operational scale and growth performance, Devol Advanced was selected for the “2023 Deloitte Shenzhen Technology Fast 50—Top 20 High-Growth Enterprises” list. The award ceremony—titled “Innovation-Driven, Digital Empowerment”—was jointly organized by Deloitte China and the Shenzhen Business Association and held in Shenzhen.
