2. Proficient in using AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS. It is preferred to be able to conduct finite element analysis using either ANSYS or ABAQUS.
3. Familiar with the processing techniques of machined parts and sheet metal parts, familiar with dimensional tolerances and fits, and capable of conducting force analysis and calculation on simple structures;

3. Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in embedded programming using C language, familiar with ARM-M0,M3 cores, DSP drivers. Those with ESP32 development experience are preferred.
Familiar with stepper and servo drive development, and have experience in PWM or linear power amplifier development;
Have a solid foundation in analog and digital electronics, be familiar with various operational amplifier circuits and high-speed signal processing methods;
Those with EtherCAT development experience are preferred;
Priority will be given to those with RTOS development experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the process research and development of the company's product wire bond;
2. Cooperate with R&D engineers specializing in mechanics, software, control, optics, etc., to conduct evaluations for the improvement of wire welding machine modules and new models.
3. Experimental design and data processing related to new processes;
4. Resolve the process issues of the wire welding machine reported by customers and after-sales service.
5. Research the advanced technologies and development routes of the packaging WB process in the industry.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mathematics, physics, chemistry, materials science or other related science and engineering fields;
2. Candidates with experience in semiconductor packaging WB process research and development are preferred. Those with experience in process optimization and new product introduction projects should have strong hands-on experimental skills, data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using MATLAB and DOE is also preferred.
3. Be willing to learn, responsible and good at communication and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Engaged in the hardware research and development of wire welding machines, completing installation, adjustment and testing, and assisting software engineers in writing some hardware low-level driver programs and development documents.
2. Be capable of conducting reverse analysis on the hardware circuits of similar products;
3. Selection of components required for product development, search for component suppliers, cooperate and track the product production process, and operate product fault analysis and handling.
Job Requirements:
1.Have more than 5 years of experience in hardware-related development;
2. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic information, power system or communication-related fields, with a solid foundation in analog and digital electronics.
3. Be able to read normally and accurately understand common English technical manuals;
4. Use AD to complete the schematic diagram and PCB output;
5. Proficient in hardware development skills of TI DSP and ARM;
6. Have an in-depth understanding of operational amplifier closed-loop control circuits;
7. Have experience in servo drive/stepper drive and DC/DC circuit development;
8. Have corresponding application experience in commonly used EMC design, testing and rectification methods.
