To meet the company's development strategy, further enhance its competitiveness and expand the talent pool of Devol, on February 8th, the first class of Devol Advanced in the spring was successfully launched. Vice President Zhang Weijiang, co-founder of Inovance Technology and executive president of Inovance Academy, gave the lecture on site. A total of 70 trainees participated in the training.

The training started from the commonalities of enterprise management, the building of team strength, talent cultivation and culture, and targeted introduced the methods and measures in aspects such as sales management, R&D and market cooperation, and human resource improvement. The content was vivid and incisive, which made the trainees present nod in agreement frequently.
